Sunday 20th February at 2pm sees Kibworth Kwiks start their winter training. It starts at 2pm, runs for an hour and is held at Kibworth Mead Academy sports hall (formerly Kibworth School). We are looking forward to seeing lots of the kids who played Kwiks last summer and also lots of new faces!
Kwiks is aimed at girls and boys in school years 2, 3 and 4 and is a great way to get started in cricket and requires no equipment. If your child has never been played before and wants to give it a go then come along and give it ago. If they like it then they can sign up for the 8 week programme which costs £35.
We are really trying to get the girls side of the club up and running and this is being supported by members of Women’s senior team who will be on hand to support the coaches each week. It would be great to see lots more girls getting involved.
