Another weekend comes to a close but a very good weekend for the club with plenty of successes.The senior mens sides came away with 3 league victories but a close defeat for the 4's on a gloomy Saturday where the weather had a small say with reduced overs in all games.

On Sunday the 1st team hosted Kegworth in the County Cup after the visiting the same side a day earlier. The game was played on the bottom deck in front of a great atmosphere including Abbo......poor Hamish....nonetheless a great win was witnessed and we move into the Semi-Finals.

This game was on the bottom ground due to the club hosting the ECB U17's finals on the main ground which were won by Northamptonshire, beating Hampshire in the process.
Huge thanks to all volunteers who made everything run so smoothly, changing so much around around in less than 12/18 hours showed the KCC Spirit.

Also on Sunday, the Ladies made their Division 1 debut in their league season opener. Unfortunately they slipped to defeat away at Banbury.

All Stars cricket concluded and we look forward to welcoming parents and the kids involved into the club as junior members over the next few weeks.
