Following a recent ManCom meeting and several options mooted, the ManCom are requesting to hold an EGM, where we are asking members to vote to agree to allow the current management committee to extend our roles for 3 months to potentially allow us to have a full AGM when the pandemic is closer to being resolved. This will allow the current incumbents to make decisions in the best interests of the club until some normality returns.

Therefore, on 25th February we will hold an EGM at 7pm to agree to a planned extension.

If you wish to cast a vote, please could you reply to Kevin Messenger via the website or email to Kevin.Messenger@icloud.com with a simple reply: ‘Yes to extension’ or ‘No to extension’.

Following the EGM and next ManCom meeting, we will endeavour to send a more detailed presentation and review of 2020 and where we currently are with regards to everything at KCC.
