Kibworth Cricket Club are delighted to confirm the submission of planning applications for the redevelopment of the Sim Illife (Second Ground) Pavilion at our Fleckney Road home.

This submission marks a major milestone in the Club’s long-term development strategy. The proposed redevelopment will deliver a sustainable, modern and inclusive facility designed to support the continued growth of cricket in our community.

The new pavilion will play an integral role in expanding opportunities for women’s and girls’ cricket, strengthening our junior pathway, and ensuring we can meet increasing participation demand across all sections of the Club.

We are extremely grateful for the positive engagement from members and the overwhelming support shown for our proposals ahead of the planning submission. This backing demonstrates the strength of our community and shared ambition for the future of the Club.
