It has been a brilliant experience and throughout I have had amazing support and encouragement from Jan. We have gained some wonderful memories that will serve us well when we find time to relax on the balcony next summer. I have also made great friends from the fantastic army of volunteers that are the backbone of our club. Add to this the pleasure of watching cricketers young and old, girls and boys, able and enthusiastic enjoy all that cricket has to offer and you can see what a tough decision it has been to make.

However, all good things must come to an end and I feel now is the time to stand aside. I am immensely proud of what we have achieved together and I would like to thank everyone who has helped along way.

My departure creates the opportunity for new faces and new ideas to come forward and if you feel that you can help KCC continue its mission to be the best place to learn, play and watch cricket please let me, or any member of our management committee, know asap.
