Excellent win ensures qualification to Semi-Final

The Under 11 A's stormed into the semi-final of the league cup South with an emphatic victory over a young Electricity Sports team. Batting first Kibworth posted a total of 301 with Jake Long posting the top score of 21. Kibworth's total was helped by 42 extras given away by the opposition.
Restricting Electricity Sports to just 222, Manav (3 overs - 2 Maidens - 2 Runs - 3 Wickets) and Muhammed (2 overs - 1 Maiden - 1 Run - 1 Wicket) were the pick of the bowlers. Some sharp fielding led to 2 run outs and overall Kibworth were very good in the field.
Friday night will see a much sterner test against Enderby in a home Semi-Final but if they can continue their good form there is no reason why they can't progress to the final.
